Core conditions for the GRABLEX managed service.

Service scope

GRABLEX provides managed community-demand discovery, analysis, reporting and campaign workflows. Availability of third-party platforms and their interfaces is outside GRABLEX control.

Authorized use

Customers and operators are responsible for using accounts and communities they are authorized to access and for complying with applicable law and platform rules.

Managed actions

Replies and publications follow the agreed approval policy, brand rules and relevant community rules. Moderation, rejection, removal or platform restrictions can occur after submission and are outside GRABLEX control.

No guaranteed commercial outcome

Buyer conversations and opportunities support sales work but do not guarantee revenue, leads, conversions or a specific business result.
